How does it work?

To reserve your date, I require a 50%, non-refundable retainer, due at the time of scheduling. 
The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of your picnic date.

Once you book, I deliver and set up your picnic before you arrive. 
Upon your arrival, I leave and allow you to fully enjoy the experience during the reserved time. 
You are responsible for the items until I return at the end.
 
If you decide to end your picnic early, please contact me on the phone number provided and allow us 30 minutes to arrive back at the site. 
 
Note: All of our items are properly cleaned and/or sanitized between uses.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

1. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your event and rebook within 3 months, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. In the event of rain or inclement weather, I reserve the right to cancel.  Since New England weather is so unpredictable, I do recommend a backup indoor location and/or rain date for all bookings.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

What if I'm late?

Please do your best to arrive on time as rental time will begin as scheduled, please call or text me if you are running late.

What if I have a special request?

Text your booking inquiry to 508-341-0130 and include special request notes, I will honor a limited number of special requests, where possible.

When can I have a picnic?

We only offer 1 formal picnic per day on Saturday and Sunday. This means your picnic day is yours alone, allowing me the time to pay attention to every last detail!

Afternoon: 11AM-6PM

Special time requests are allowed!

Question 7

Where can I have a picnic?

Accepted Answer

You can picnic at any private residence that you own or have permission to use. 
You may request a picnic at any public location of your choice, we will honor these requests whenever possible.

We service Webster MA and surrounding areas.
Additional travel fees apply beyond 20 miles from Webster MA.

Question 8

Do you provide food?

Food may be included for an additional fee on all picnics. I have a couple of recommend local vendors like Charcuterie Woo (Paxton, MA) & Gather Provisions (Northborough, MA) and can accommodate other requests where possible.

Question 9

What about alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, I cannot include or deliver alcohol to your event.
It is your responsibility to check local laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
